Fulfillmate Purchase Orders
An app for Shopify
Turn emailed purchase orders into Shopify draft orders
Your wholesale buyers email a PDF, a spreadsheet or a typed list, and somebody retypes it into Shopify line by line. This app reads the order, matches every line to your catalog, and builds the draft order for you to check.
Free for 7 days or 25 orders, whichever comes first. No card to start. Then $29/month.

How it works
From the buyer’s email to a draft order in three steps
- 1
Paste it or upload it
Paste the email your buyer sent, or upload the PDF, spreadsheet or CSV attached to it. Abbreviations, case sizes and "one of each" are fine. That is how orders are written.
- 2
Check every line
Each line shows what it was matched to in your catalog, with the product photo beside it. Fix a line with its dropdown and the fix is remembered for next time.
- 3
Create the draft order
Attach the buyer or their company, press Create draft order, and it opens in Shopify. Nothing is created until you say so.
Group lines
One line, every product it means
"2 of each collection snowboard" becomes one line per product in that family, and you confirm the group at once rather than product by product.

Live inventory
Stock checked before you send
Lines asking for more than you hold are flagged, with inventory read live from Shopify at the moment you confirm, not from a stale copy.

Reading rules
Teach it your buyers’ shorthand
Write a rule once, in plain words: "dz means dozen", or "the second column is the quantity, not the price". Rules apply to every order after.

Built for B2B on Shopify
It never sets a price
The app sends Shopify the products and the quantities, and nothing else. Attach the order to a B2B company and Shopify prices the draft from that company's catalog, with its payment terms, exactly as if you had built it by hand.
No second price list to keep in sync, and no way for a misread line to give a buyer the wrong price.

What does Fulfillmate Purchase Orders do?
It turns the purchase orders wholesale buyers send you (emails, PDFs, spreadsheets and CSV files) into Shopify draft orders. It reads the document, matches every line to a product in your Shopify catalog, shows you the result to check, and then creates the draft order.
Which file types can it read?
Pasted text from an email or message, PDF files that contain selectable text, spreadsheets and CSV files. A scanned PDF or a photo has no text layer, so the app says so rather than guessing; paste those as text for now.
Will it change my prices?
No. The app sends Shopify the products and quantities and nothing else. Your B2B catalogs, customer-specific prices and currency settings apply exactly as they would on a draft order you built by hand.
Does it work with Shopify B2B companies?
Yes. You can attach a draft order to a company location or to a regular customer. When it is attached to a company, Shopify applies that company’s catalog and payment terms.
How does it match lines to my products?
In three passes: first the wording it has learned from your earlier corrections, then text similarity against your catalog, and only for the genuinely hard lines a language model. Every line shows what it matched, and a correction you make is remembered for the next order.
Does it create orders on its own?
No. It creates a draft order only when you press Create draft order, after you have seen every line. A draft order is not charged or fulfilled until you complete it in Shopify.
How much does it cost?
It is free for 7 days or 25 orders, whichever comes first, with no card needed to start. After that it is $29 a month in USD, billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Uninstalling cancels it.
What data does it access?
Your products and inventory (to match lines and check stock), customer and company names and email addresses (for the buyer picker), and draft orders (to create them). It does not read your completed orders or payment details.
How is it related to Fulfillmate?
Fulfillmate is a private ordering platform for suppliers and their wholesale buyers. Its AI order intake is the most used part of it, so we built it as a standalone app for merchants who already sell wholesale on Shopify.
